Sydney and Melbourne Renovations

Rockpool Bar & Grill has recently undergone a renovation of its terrace area and we are simply thrilled with the results! Features include large bi-fold windows, wooden flooring, banquette seating and a superb floral installation by Melbourne artist Joost. The new design cleverly translates the stunning views of the city skyline and Yarra River through it’s intimate inside-outside setting, and has opened just in time for the Spring and Summer rush. Our flagship restaurant Rockpool is set to receive a major overhaul in the coming months, with Neil and Trish closing the doors from Monday 22nd October and re-opening on Friday 2nd November. Melbourne design firm BatesSmart and artist David Band are currently preparing to undertake the project with a budget of $600, 000 and the desire to get back to the fundamentals of the original Rockpool. Unique and custom designed furnishings and carpets partnered with the new muted olive green and silver colour scheme will become distinctive elements of a softer Rockpool.  Rockpool will be open for both lunch and dinner service and offer an extensive a-la-carte menu and wine list. For more information phone Sydney direct on +612 9252 1888.

Rockpool Bar & Grill Sydney - Coming Soon

To be located in the landmark City Mutual building at 66 Hunter Street and in the heart of Sydney’s business district, this highly anticipated Bar & Grill will swing open its doors - to the inevitable delight of Sydney food lovers - in mid 2008.
“Like with Bar & Grill Melbourne, the new Sydney restaurant will fuse the Rockpool ethos with a classic north American steakhouse. It will be completely different to Rockpool Sydney where our focus is on presenting a total ‘fine dining’ experience…Our fundamental philosophies will be carried through with an emphasis on the fine produce and open display kitchen with its wood-fired grill. A new element, a casual ‘snack’ bar located in the kitchen back of house will be like no other in the city,” says Neil.

Neil Perry Fresh Products

After a recent revamp our entire range of Neil Perry Fresh products are now back on the shelves at Woolworths and Safeway supermarkets nationwide. Our new look range includes a classic Caesar Dressing, Soy & Chilli Dressing, Sesame Soy Dressing (formerly Japanese Dressing) and our new favourite - Roasted Garlic Vinaigrette. We're sure you'll appreciate the new 250ml re-sealable bottles - now there’s no excuse for running out! Our dressings can be found in the refrigerated area of the fresh fruit and vegetable section right next to our much loved Mayonnaise range. You will find our fresh sauces (just add your pick of fresh meat and vegetables), including Green Curry, Butter Chicken and Black Bean & Chilli as you wander through the fresh meat department…Enjoy!
